Franchesca Bennett serves as Chief Executive Officer and Owner of VisCore, a minority woman-owned small business focused on infrastructure, cybersecurity, workflow improvement, and responsible AI adoption.
Franchesca brings nearly 30 years of healthcare and rehabilitation experience to VisCore’s leadership. As a certified Occupational Therapist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist, she has worked across neurorehabilitation, geriatrics, pediatrics, acute care, outpatient care, skilled nursing, and school-based settings.
Her healthcare career has shaped VisCore’s belief that technology should support people, not overwhelm them. Occupational therapy is built around helping people function more effectively in real environments. That same mindset informs VisCore’s work with organizations: understand the workflow, identify the barriers, improve the system, and help people operate with more clarity and confidence.

Franchesca has served in leadership and program-development roles involving rehabilitation team coordination, staff orientation, reporting, billing accuracy, home safety evaluation, and group-treatment development. At Nexus Neurorecovery Center, she was recognized with the Nexus GOPTIC Award for Innovation and Employee of the Month in September 2024 for leadership, creativity, and patient impact.

Chief Operating Officer
Russell “Tory” Bennett serves as Chief Operating Officer for VisCore, leading the company’s technology strategy, AI workflow systems, digital infrastructure, implementation standards, and operational delivery model.
Tory’s work focuses on building practical systems that help organizations improve infrastructure, cybersecurity readiness, workflow documentation, AI-assisted operations, business continuity, web presence, and executive decision-making. His operating approach combines technical implementation, process discipline, strategic planning, and human-governed AI workflows.
Across VisCore’s development, Tory has helped shape the company’s methodology for static web systems, AI-assisted documentation, workflow audits, operational mapping, proposal development, continuity planning, and scalable digital delivery.
Chief Contracts and Procurement Officer
Roger “Todd” Bennett serves as Chief Contracts and Procurement Officer for VisCore, bringing more than 35 years of leadership experience across artificial intelligence, information technology, project management, engineering and maintenance, facilities management, construction, logistics, procurement, finance, security, and business operations.
Todd has directed complex commercial and federal programs involving multidisciplinary teams, nationwide technology initiatives, construction and modernization projects, subcontractor coordination, labor management systems, operational assessments, and enterprise systems for maintenance, service management, customer relationship management, and reporting.
His experience includes government contract portfolios valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, organizations with more than 250 employees, and operations supporting millions of square feet of facilities.
